Shipping Rates & Policies
Empower Pleasure understands that purchasing sexual wellness products can be a private affair. So, we strive to keep your privacy by packaging your order in ordinary envelopes and boxes. There won't be any distinguishable information on your package, except for your mailing address and ours. Our brand “Empower Pleasure” does not appear anywhere on the outside of your package. However, a packaging slip with our information will be included inside of the box.
We strive to ship all orders received before noon Pacific Standard Time on the same day. Your packages may ship in multiple shipments. Back orders are shipped as they are restocked. Orders are shipped via UPS Ground or Fed Ex Express Saver, unless other arrangements are requested. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correctly listed prior to check-out. We are not liable for changes in shipping once it leaves our warehouse. Once the package is in transit, you must contact the shipping carrier to re-direct your package, as we do not have the capacity to re-route packages due to our order volume.
Empower Pleasure will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a package leaves our warehouse with a shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.), you will be required to follow up with the carrier directly in the event that your package is not delivered successfully. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as the package is sent out. You may track your package by visiting the carrier’s website and entering your tracking number into their tracking tool. If you need help finding your tracking number, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll be more than happy to assist you.
If an order is returned to us by mail carrier, it can be shipped once with additional shipping charges added. Orders returned again will only be reshipped after prepayment. The customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges on restocked orders.
Please note that all sales are final and no refunds are given due to the nature of the products.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Empower Pleasure will not be responsible for delays due to customs.
If item(s) in your order are backordered, they will separately on a later date once the item(s) become available. These items will ship via standard shipping and you will not be charged extra. We are unable to ship backordered items by Expedited or Priority Mail. This will be further noted in your Order Status in Your Account. If you choose Expedited or Priority delivery options and none of the items in your order were shipped via that method, then we will refund you for the difference.
Changes to an Order Already Placed
Please be aware we work very hard to get your order out as soon as possible – usually the same day if we receive the order before noon Pacific Standard Time.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us immediately at email@example.com. If your order has already been packed up, there is nothing we can do to stop it once it leaves our premises.
Damaged or Defective Products
All merchandise leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. All concealed damage must be reported to Empower Pleasure within 24 hours from the receipt of goods.
If you receive a shipment that has exterior damage, has been opened or re-taped, please take photographic evidence for your claim.
Products with manufacturing defects must be reported within 14 days from receipt. Contact our Customer Service team for a replacement or return.
For the United States, there are three available shipping options:
Expedited (1-3 days): $22.95
Priority (2-4 days): $15.95
Standard (4-7 days): $9.95
Free standard shipping for orders $69 and over, unless otherwise noted!
These shipping times are estimated by the carrier and are not guaranteed. While we strive to ship all orders on the same day, if ordered by noon PST, processing time may vary based on our warehouse. So, when ordering, please factor both PROCESSING + SHIPPING time for arrival of your order. We do not provide refunds for upgraded shipping, as we are not responsible for packages once they leave our facility.
Most of our products qualify for the flat-rate or free shipping options. However, there are certain products that are considered over-sized in either dimension or weight. Therefore, it is more expensive to ship those products and an additional shipping charge will incur. During check-out, you will be able to see the exact shipping cost in your cart. We attempt to add a note in the product description when the item needs special handling. However, this may not always happen, so please check your cart carefully for details. Currently, we only ship to select countries for our international clientele.

The expected delivery estimates are between 6-10 days, depending on the destination. However, shipping can take longer and is out of our control once it leaves our warehouse.
We are not responsible for any duties, customs, or taxes for orders shipped outside the United States. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received.
International orders might be delayed while they clear customs. DHL, and other carriers do not pick up or deliver on US holidays, which might delay your order.
