Due to health and safety regulations, all sexual wellness product sales are final. Even if the item is still in its sealed package, we are unable to return or exchange them. However, if there is a problem with your order, such as damage or defect, we will gladly exchange or replace the merchandise within the initial 14-day period from purchase, after which the manufacturer provided warranty will apply via our Authorized Reseller status.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you discover your product is damaged or defective via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Changes to an Order Already Placed
Please be aware we work very hard to get your order out as soon as possible – usually the same day if we receive the order before noon Pacific Standard Time.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us immediately at email@example.com. If your order has already been packed up, there is nothing we can do to stop it once it leaves our premises.
Damaged or Defective Products
All merchandise leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. All concealed damage must be reported to Empower Pleasure within 24 hours from the receipt of goods.
If you receive a shipment that has exterior damage, has been opened or re-taped, please take photographic evidence for your claim.
Products with manufacturing defects must be reported within 14 days from receipt. Contact our Customer Service team for a replacement or return.
